So preparation before the season or day is a must. Are there enough childrens life jackets? What’s the weather going to be like? Did I get round to fixing the safety wire?
Those water users who go out unprepared leave themselves open to disaaster. The coast guard is called out, or nearby boaters come to the rescue. Having the coast guard called out to save a situation because of bad management or preparation is a waste of resources.
